Job responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and define new products, optimize the performance and structure of existing products according to market demand;
2. Device development, process establishment, device simulation, layout design, performance testing and verification, reliability testing and evaluation;
3. Responsible for process technology transfer to foundries, communication, discussion and solution of engineering technology, product yield and quality issues with Wafer Fab and packaging and testing foundries.

Job Requirements:

1. Microelectronics or power semiconductor major bachelor's degree or above (5 years of work experience with bachelor's degree, 3 years of work experience with master's degree);
2. Familiar with power semiconductor device application is preferred;
3. Familiar with semiconductor process integration; working in Wafer Fab process integration position for more than 2 years is preferred;

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for client product promotion, training and testing, help customers solve technical problems in the process of product application, take the initiative to provide on-site technical support for customers;

Analog IC R&D

Job responsibilities:

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for IC products (power management IC, OVP/OCP, DC-DC, PA power amplifier, etc.) technical support work;
2. Carried out early stage technical promotion, mid-term project commissioning, post-trial production support and customer complaint handling of IC products for customers in South China;
3. Provide IC product technical support and training for the company's sales, agents in South China and channels;
4. Collect and follow up the problems of mass-produced IC products on the client side and fed back to the R&D department for analysis and improvement;
5. IC new product market research, information feedback, project definition, product verification;

Job Requirements:

2. Five years or above working experience in related industry;

4. Have a strong hardware foundation, familiar with schematic hardware design and layout, mobile phone/tablet baseband development and other related experience is preferred;

Marketing Manager (MOS direction)

3. Coordinate with R&D and sales department to increase sales of power device product line.

Job Requirements:

1. 5 years or more working experience in power devices.Marketing, sales, FAE and other related work experience is acceptable;
2. Familiar with the marketing application of power devices, especially Trench MOS, SGT MOS and SJ MOS;
3. A basic technical understanding of the principle and application topology of power devices;
4. Excellent internal and customer communication, coordination skills, presentation skills.

5.Medium and large distributors or semiconductor factory experience is preferred.
